We’re all about presentation and this one is a showstopper! Line up your favorite things to dip in Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, assemble in the shape of a Christmas tree, and you’re all set!

Ingredients:

Servings: 3-4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pizza dough
  • Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg beaten + 1 Tbsp water for egg wash
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For garnish:
    • Rosemary
    • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Unroll dough on a flat surface. Cut into 2” squares
  4. Add a pinch of the shredded cheese to the center of the square
  5. Bring the corners together and pinch to seal, forming a ball around the mixture. Place seam-side down on pan in a tree formation with dough balls touching
  6. Brush egg wash on dough balls, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes
  7. Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds
  8. Serve with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole for dipping
  9. Enjoy!

This is the mac-daddy of all comfort food recipes…

Let’s be honest here, is there anyone who did NOT grow up with mac and cheese as a childhood staple?

Other than being one of the most popular best friend metaphors, macaroni and cheese is one of those dishes that (unlike us) never gets old.

Skip the powdered cheese packets and reach for our creamy Queso Style dip! It makes this classic dish just as tasty without the guilt.

In less than 15 minutes, you’re going to be in a world full of pasta-bilities!

Queso Mac & Cheese

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp Good Foods™ Queso Style Dip
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a rapid boil.
  2. Add elbow macaroni; stir gently and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. Drain.
  3. Divide noodles evenly in two bowls.
  4. Mix 2 tbsp queso dip into each bowl of noodles. Divide paprika and cilantro into two and stir evenly into bowls of macaroni. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Delicious single-serve appetizer from @jazzythings!

Ingredients:

  1. Place the wonton wrappers in muffin tins (folding where needed so each wrapper creates a cup).
    2. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes (until golden). Let cool then remove from tins.
    3. Fill each wonton cup with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole. Top with feta cheese and bacon bits.

Ingredients:
  • 10-12 medium to large jalapeños
  • 1 small tub (7-8oz) of vegan cream cheese 
  • 1/2 handful of fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 cup vegan cheddar shreds 
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional) 
  • Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Dip

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. 
  3. Place the jalapeños on the baking tray and start preparing the cream cheese filling. 
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chives garlic and onion powder, sea salt and pepper using a fork. With a small spoon, start filling the jalapeños. 
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, then top with the vegan cheddar shreds and bread crumbs and bake or broil for a few extra minutes (note: if you want the cheese to melt, add it at the very beginning and bake until it’s golden and starts to melt).
  6. Enjoy with Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Dip.

Our friend @bestofvegan helped us create these perfect dippers to enjoy during the big game. Paired with Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Dip, this combo is sure to cure any halftime cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ball of store-bought vegan pizza dough
  • 8oz of vegan minced “meat” crumbles 
  • 1 cup of vegan cheese shreds of choice 
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp (smoked) paprika 
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning or oregano 
  • Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Dip

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  2. Roll out your pizza dough and cut out smaller circles. 
  3. In a pan, sauté the minced “meat”, onion, garlic and seasonings (except the Italian seasoning) in the olive oil over medium to high heat for about 7 minutes (stir well). 
  4. Place a little of the “meat” mixture and the cheese shreds onto each circle and then fold the dough over to form little pizza balls. Top with Italian seasoning or oregano (you can brush a little olive oil on top if needed). 
  5. Bake in the oven until golden brown (depending on your oven and the size of the pizza balls, this will take about 10-15 minutes).
  6. Enjoy with Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Dip

Pinwheel Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (rotisserie), shredded
  • 1 – 1.75oz package Good Foods Buffalo Dip
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 2 medium flour tortillas

Directions:

  1. Toss shredded chicken and buffalo dip together to coat. 
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among them. Top with lettuce and red onion.
  3. Roll tortillas rightly, then cut into 1′ slices.

Purple Sweet Potato Chips Ingredients: 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Slice the potatoes paper thin (skin on).
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and cayenne. Lay a single layer on the baking sheet. 
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway. 
  5. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes to crisp further. Serve with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole.
